How to fix the audio/video sync problem:

Open up the video in 2 tabs, Turn off the audio in the primary video (the one you'll be watching), Start the primary video first, Then the secondary, Quickly pause and play (double click) the primary video if the video is playing too early, Double click the secondary video if the audio is playing too early, Repeat until properly synchronized
