Jökulsárlón

“This is a photograph of two ice blocks floating in the glacier lagoon Jökulsárlón. This lagoon is really one of the most amazing places i’ve seen on Iceland. During night there aren’t that many people around and the only thing you hear is the cracking of ice which sounds like a falling tree. I had the chance to watch how one of these big icebergs turns itself around in water creating a huge wave and making a lot of noise. Awesome!

As the ice constantly moves you’ll never have the same scene twice which makes every picture unique.”
