Black Sabbath’s title track to the album with the same name from 1980…which is the first album featuring Ronnie James Dio (1942 - 2010).

The song is about the ability of each human being to choose between doing good and doing evil, essentially that each person has “heaven and hell” inside themselves.

The song has been used as the band-name of the collaboration Heaven & Hell which features Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler (Black Sabbath) along with Ronnie James Dio and Vinny Appice.
